Most mixes are delivered within 2–3 business days. Larger projects may take longer, but you’ll always receive updates on progress and delivery.
Do I need Dolby Atmos if I only release on Spotify?
Stereo remains the industry standard, but Dolby Atmos is expanding quickly on Apple Music, Amazon, and Tidal. Even if you release primarily in Stereo, an Atmos mix helps future-proof your music.
What happens if I need revisions?
Mixing is a collaborative process. Revisions are welcomed until the track feels right, with clear communication every step of the way.
Will my mix sound good on different speakers?
Yes. Each mix and master is checked across multiple playback systems—from studio monitors to earbuds—to ensure consistent translation everywhere.
Can I send stems or do you need full project files?
Stems are preferred for flexibility while preserving your intent. If you only have project files, we’ll find a workflow that works.
What payment methods do you accept?
Most clients pay via credit/debit card or PayPal. Payment links are provided with each project invoice, and deposits are required to secure booking.
What file formats will I receive?
Final mixes and masters are delivered as high-resolution WAV files, with MP3s provided on request. Dolby Atmos mixes are delivered as ADM/BWF files compatible with major streaming platforms.
